Following its reveal at the San Diego Comic Con, we’re already hearing more about Mattel’s 2020 Jurassic World toyline that is following up this year’s Dino Rivals: Jurassic World Primal Attack. The SDCC panel’s sneak peak teased new figures built around multiple action features paired with sound effects, which could be controlled via mechanics similar to some of Mattel’s most popular previously released figures (Destroy ‘N Devour Indominus Rex, specifically). Today, Collect Jurassic can confirm several of Primal Attack’s figure assortments as well as some of the new species headed our way. These official names and descriptions are consistent with what we’ve already heard about 2020’s Jurassic figures, but bear in mind that this far out from the toyline’s release things are subject to change. Read on for the good stuff!

Get total control of your dinosaur action figure and battle it out by moving the tail on the dinosaur action figure to make it move side to side for a strike or move the tail from side to side to get an awesome CHOMP! Any of the movements activate realistic sounds for the total control dinosaur battle experience! Activations vary per dinosaur action figure.

Kids can control the carnage like never before with realistic movement and attack activation with this larger-size dinosaur action figure! Get total control of your Carnotaurus by tilting the tail up to make its head move; tail activation also makes the waist move and makes the figure twist sideways. Lift the tail up and the Carnotaurus ROARS—watch out! You can also control the roar with the button on the back of the tail. It’s awesome animated total control with roaring sound effects that kids will love!
And there it is! Sounds like lots of exciting Jurassic toys packed with playability and spanning a variety of sizes are coming our way. Primal Attack’s signature action features are sure to please collectors and kids alike (but especially kids). Tarbosaurus, Sarcosuchus and Carnotaurus join the already confirmed Cryolophosaurus, Alioramus and Edmontosaurus figures shown at SDCC, where Mattel stated 17 new species along with many returning dinosaurs would make up the 2020 toyline. While we may know a little bit more today about Jurassic World Primal Attack than we did yesterday, there’s still much, much more to come. Stay tuned to Collect Jurassic for
